Currently a database schema (structure) migration can be done manually via the SQL script.

Dump PostgreSQL structure to SQL and correct it to match the SQLite rules:
* remove schemas definitions
* rename field types appropriately, it is necessary, because SQLite allows to set any field type name

Create a new SQLite database and load resulting corrected SQL dump into it.

To migrate records - Data Transfer tool can be used.
