Each VDatabase object of Valentina (as well as VTable and VField) have 3 properties related to localization:

VDatabase.StorageEncoding as String
VDatabase.LocaleName as String
VDatabase.CollationAttribute( EVColAttribute ) as EVColAttributeValue
