Optionally make Valentina Server automatically and securely discoverable on your network using Bonjour, a form of zero-config.
With zero-configuration networking, nearby computers can automatically discover the existence of Valentina Server on the network without having to manually enter an IP address. And if that address is a dynamically assigned address that changes, they can automatically discover the new address in the future. In combination with other Bonjour enabled applications, this makes it possible to quickly set up and configure Valentina Server on a network.
What is Bonjour?
|Bonjour, also known as zero-configuration networking, enables automatic discovery of devices and services on a local network using industry standard IP protocols. Bonjour makes it easy to discover, publish, and resolve network services.|
Bonjour is Apple’s implementation of a suite of zero-configuration networking protocols. It is currently only available on the Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
