Have you set the margins for report itself? By default they are set exactly to 2 cm.

Now I have created a new type of format : A4 - NO - MARGIN .

The minimum value for the margins , however, is fixed to 5 mm.
The objects in the left and right margins are actually printed to 0 cm (with margins set by default to 5 mm )
while the top and bottom margins are printed to 5 mm .

It is ' possible to have the top and bottom margins with 0 cm ?

I've reviewed the code and currently it is not possible to set 0 margin in paper formats dialog.
We'll fix it ASAP.
For now the only way is to set margins in the Property Inspector.
