Hello,

After building the application on mac os, xojo generates 2 folders
(ibs and resources) and the application.

Inside the libs folder there are all dll's required, included the v4rb.dll

when I try to execute the program it says that it can't find v4rb.dll.

if I copy the application inside the libs folder then there is no problem with v4rb.dll but unfortunatelly it can't find the others dll

If I remove all references to valentina reports the application runs fine.

What am I doing wrong ?

Regards,

Jaume

Hello Jaume,

It is necessary to provide vcomponents libraries, so the application can find them.
I attached a link to the deployment guide for Windows.
This guide requires running windows system to get necessary libraries.

Also, you can get vcomponents as an archive, here you can find 32-bit version:
http://valentina-db.com/download/release/win_32/vcomponents_win_vc.zip

and 64-bit:
http://valentina-db.com/download/release/win_64/vcomponents_win_vc_x64.zip

Hello,

I've downloaded http://valentina-db.com/download/release/win_64/vcomponents_win_vc_x64.zip and installed on C:\Program Files\introsoft\vcomponents

I set the enviroment path to C:\Program Files\introsoft\vcomponents
I've verified that then path is okey using set on cmd command

Unfortunatelly executable says "failed to load plugin v4rb.dll"

1) The version of V4RB installed on macOS is the latest 8.7.2, right?
2) Did you restart the system after modifying the PATH variable?

That's the second way of deploying, I'm checking it right now.
Also, you can put the contents of the vcomponents folder near to application executable

Sorry, picked a wrong version 8.6.6 is obviously here:
http://valentina-db.com/download/prev_releases/8.6.6/win_64/vcomponents_win_vc_x64.zip

I noticed on the screenshot that you have v4rb.dll, not v4rb_x64.dll.
Did you select x86 64 architecture for your Windows application compilation?

Looks like you're compiling a 32-bit version of the application.
Please select 64-bit architecture for Windows target (see screenshot)
