Hi Alexis,

Please check the key to make sure that it is the Linux key and also that you are working on a supported version. If those are right, then you should contact us through trouble tickets so we can make sure the key is valid.

As you can see it complains about serials_190702 00107980.csv and it is not a server license.
Please remove serials_190702 00107980.csv (leave only license_lin_4440801612235611 in the /opt/VServer/licenses) and restart the server.

It is your license file (you've sent it to my email and it works)
All Linux licenses for server have license_lin_ filename-prefix.

That's strange.
And if you do
ls -l /opt/VServer/databases_sqlite

the ipadcr.db database is there, right?

Ok, I found the problem.

Please erase entire "ipadcr.db" string in your source code (including quotes!) and type it again.
Somehow it contains UTF16 byte order mark (marked on screenshot)

The problem was in the source code (not the DB).
For example:
mSQLSocket.Start( App.mHost, App.mSessionID, sqlLocation, "SQLite", "ipadcr.db", "SELECT * FROM main WHERE accnum = 1" )

It is necessary to remove "ipadcr.db" with quotes and retype it again (there are 3 invisible characters between quote and the first character of DB name)
