Maybe the size of the text is measured incorrectly and it's a false warning.
Please try to enable the Warnings option and attach a screenshot if some control is highlighted.
Whenever this happens to me, it usually is the result of a very small part of the font falling too close or outside of the text area. The biggest culprits for me are "g", "q", etc.
It will still print, and look correct because a portion of the drop case is visible. But a pixel or two may fall outside the boundary of the text field and generate the error.
If you could zoom in close enough you would see the bottoms of the '"g's" are cut off - but they still print.
I just increase the height of the text field by (usually) .01 and error disappears. Not the prettiest solution, but works for me.
