Hello Richard,

Sorry, we must have missed the previous question.

Usually, it means a text from some record doesn't fit the control size.

To diagnose it:
1. Preview a report
2. Switch to Profile tab
3. Check Warnings checkbox

Now you can find the instance of the field the application shows a warning about (I attached a screenshot of what you should see)

That's just it the text appears fine and everything prints fine. That is where I saw the error.

Maybe the size of the text is measured incorrectly and it's a false warning.
Please try to enable the Warnings option and attach a screenshot if some control is highlighted.

Whenever this happens to me, it usually is the result of a very small part of the font falling too close or outside of the text area. The biggest culprits for me are "g", "q", etc.

It will still print, and look correct because a portion of the drop case is visible. But a pixel or two may fall outside the boundary of the text field and generate the error.

If you could zoom in close enough you would see the bottoms of the '"g's" are cut off - but they still print.

I just increase the height of the text field by (usually) .01 and error disappears. Not the prettiest solution, but works for me.

I forgot to include the result. This is after I increase the height of the field by very little - such as .01 in this example.
