Hi Everybody,
we have started prepare 10.4 release.
The main steps here will be
* switch MAC to Qt 5.14.2,
* it contains fixes and Dark theme support
* switch from Xcode 9.4 to 11.4
* This will force us to drop absolutely 32-bit where it still existed (V4RB and V4REV)

Yes for mac.
In fact we have stop do 32-bit archives for MAC and Linux few months ago,
but inside of V4RB and V4REV still existed 32-bit plugins.
With new xcode 11 we will not be able even to compile 32-bit.
Windows-32 still will exist some time.
