I have attached a screen shot and /etc/odbc.ini contains:

The unixODBC package is installed, correct?

we are on linux platform. I have linuxodbc working with connection to the firebird server and database and can query via the isql utility. DSN is specified in the /etc/odbc.ini file.

When I attempt valentina studio "Connect to a database server", ODBC the DSN dropdown is not populated and I cannot enter a DSN manually.

Yes, I have just tried the Firebird ODBC driver with Valentina Studio and it works.
It is possible to execute commands and receive results in the SQL Editor.
However, as I understand it, only individual commands are supported by the driver.

I noticed that it is necessary to specify the full path in the DSN configuration.
