解決済み Add "Open SQL file" menu item and drag&drop support

Hi!

I think some important features is missing :(

I can't see "Open SQL file" in File menu list. Yes, I see "Load Dump", but it need more than one action from me.

And add drag&drop, please!
That's how it's working now (attach db.jpg).

Env:
Windows 7 x64
VS 6.0.12

We can at first discuss them here, later after discussion you can report them from your name into our Mantis bug tracker.

SQL file can be opened via "Open File" button on toolbar. We'll add a menu item for it, too.
