In VStudio Data Editor, I open a parent table. Then I click on the Show Related Table icon next to the Layout dropdown and the related (child) table shows below.

With the parent table selected above, I add a child record in the related table area and click the green arrow to apply the record and nothing visually happens. The record's row remains green.

If I refresh, and reselect the parent table - the child record I was attempting to add disappears. I change the Mode to Show Free and the record I was trying to link appears. I have to manually link the two records to establish the link.

This used to work like a champ a few versions ago, but has stopped working in the last two or three.

Ideas? I tried to add this to Mantis but I was unable to log in.
