I came across an issue in Valentina Studio. I have tried twice to create a login on Mantis so that I can report it. I receive a message that the account was created successfully, but I never receive an email that provides me with a password, so I am unable to log in to the account.

Did you check your spam filter? Sometimes gmail or others will trash the letters.

I have an AT&T account. I see emails that are considered spam in my Inbox and manually delete them. I did a search and there are no emails on my machine that reference "Mantis."

As far as I see, your account in Mantis exists and enabled.

I have sent you one more password reset letter from admin of mantis.

I haven’t received the email. I also don’t receive any emails to notify me of replies when I subscribe to one of my posts in the forums.

I don’t know if this is related or not, but I have never received any email related to Valentina or Paradigma, not even a confirmation when I purchased my license.
