- or installed V4RB on the target system

I didn't think I needed to install anything on target system just xojo app and files from vcomponents_win_vc folder.

Yes. This has fixed the first problem. Now I'm getting that entrypoint error I mentioned before.

Here's what I found:

The missing dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is installed with a Windows update. To resolve this issue, download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.

Maybe it is necessary to install an update on the target systems?
