Finally, we are ready to show the 9.6 release.

** [VStudio] This build contains few fixes of crashes in the Static Analyzer. Also, we have added into prefs 2 options to enable/disable Static Analyzer and Ident Resolver.
** [Report Editor] Known Issue: only 1: if try to resize a rotated control in the Report Designer it changes position. Workaround - just return it back into the required position.
